Clarion Home Inspections is an independent building inspection company serving the Okanagan and Shuswap areas of BC. Clarion Home Inspections is licensed by the Proviuncial Government and is a member of the Canadian association of Home Inspectors - CAHPI(BC). All of our home inspections meet or exceed the CAHPI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, the most rigorous in the country. A home inspection performed in accordance with the CAHPI(BC) Standards of Practice helps buyers to make a sound purchase decision based on valuable, objective information.

 Clarion Home Inspections is owned by Raul Poole (AHI), a born and bred British Columbian who has lived in the BC interior for the past twenty years. Before becoming a home inspector, Raul had over thirty years building experience as a carpenter, general contractor, and building consultant. When it comes to buildings in this part of the world, Raul has pretty much seen it all.
