WHO NEEDS A HOME INSPECTION?
That's simple: EVERYONE DOES!!
If you are one of the few people still around who thinks they can get by without spending the money for a home inspection service when buying a home, let me be Think about it, how can it be a good idea to save the cost of a home inspection (typically around 1/10 of 1 percent of your purchase price) while assuming the risk for what might be 10's of 1000's of dollars in unexpected home repairs. Not to mention all the other things that are often found during home inspections, like mold and asbestos for example, that can cause serious health problems. Even if your a building expert, face it, you'll never be able to get clearance from the vendors to comb through the home to anywhere near the extent that I can because... your not a home inspector and your not certified, licensed, or insured! However, the fact is most people spend less than half an hour in a home before deciding to purchase it. Put another way: most people spend more time contemplating the purchase of a new pair of shoes than they do thinking about buying a new home!
