This is often the first question I hear from prospective home buyers . I think asking the inspector about their qualifications, experience, and what they include as a part of their service might be a better way to break the ice.

In the Home Inspection Business, one size does not fit all. The size, age , and complexity of homes varies greatly. Some homes can be inspected in 2 to 3 hours. Older, larger homes can take 4 or more hours to complete. It is important to remember that the cost of your home inspection is not the only factor to consider when choosing an inspection company.

Our prices for our home inspection  services are as follows:

• Heated Sq. FT.    1 -1500              $375.00
• Heated Sq. Ft.    1500 - 2500          $400.00
• Heated Sq. Ft.    2500 - 3500          $425.00
• Over 3500 Sq. Ft.                        $450.00
• Radon Testing - $175.00
• Water Testing - $150.00
• Over 50 Years Old - $50.00
• Extra Building (sm.) - $75.00
• Extra Building (lg.) - $125.00

Payments are due when the inspection report is completed (at the end of the home inspection). Accepted methods of payment are cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Interac Debit.
