Are you fully vaccinated for COVID-19?
Yes, we are fully vaccinated and follow all health protocols as mandated by the B.C. Ministry of Health.

How long has your company been in business?
Clarion Building Inspections is a limited corporation that has been in operation since 2009. In that time, we have completed approximately 5000 home and building inspections.
How much does a Home Inspection cost?
A home inspection in this part of the world will generally cost around 500 bucks. Additional costs could also be charged if one-way driving time is more than around 45 minutes. As with most things in life, the expression "You get what you pay for" generally applies.
What type of payments do you accept?
We gladly accept credit cards, e-transfers, cheques, and cash payments.
Can I be there?
Of Course! We always recommend that our clients arrive for a summary near the end of the inspection. Clients will also be given a phone call after they have read their inspection reports to make sure they are crystal clear on all the details.
How long does an inspection take?
The inspection of a typical home usually takes between 3 and 4 hours. Older or larger homes may take a while longer, while smaller or modular homes may take a little less time.
What areas do you cover?
Clarion Building Inspections works in the North Okanagan, Shuswap, and Columbia regions of BC. Some of the places we inspect include Salmon Arm, Vernon, Enderby, Armstrong, Sicamous, Sorrento, Blind Bay, and the North Shore area of Shuswap lake. We also do quite a few inspections in Revelstoke and the North Columbia region.
